  • Replacement VehiclesALD ensures to provide relief vehicle to the clients if the vehicle is in the workshop for more than 24 hours (excluding accident/ damage repairs)*
  • Maintenance and RepairsALD is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the vehicle during the lease period. ALD provides services with the help of authorized dealer workshops and other ALD authorized service providers 
  • Claim handling ServiceWhen the client opts for this service, everything from arranging survey to following up with the workshop is managed by ALD
  • Insurance ManagementALD arranges for the appropriate insurance cover of the vehicle. The insurance policy is in the name of the client
  • Free Pickup & Drop  Service: Available in select cities
  • Emergency Breakdown Assistance: ALD provides 24 (twenty four) hours emergency breakdown service in certain selected cities in case the vehicle is immobilized on the road
  • Driver Services: At the request of the client, ALD arranges driver through the third party driver agency*
