India is a complex market for vehicle leasing and fleet management business. Our end-consumer is an individual who is an employee of a corporate, though we sign our contracts with the corporates. This is further complicated by the fact that our services are finally delivered by the service providers such as car workshops and dealerships, who set-up their own service standards and review them as per their principles.
