Can I change my contract terms? How should I inform you of any changes in my contact details?

At ALD Automotive, we understand that you might need to adjust some elements of your contracts at any point of time. No problem. You will be able to change your tenure, your mileage and to add some of our support services such as Door-to-Door or Stand-by car.

Note that a contract change is possible just once during the contract. Maintenance cannot be removed or added after the finalization of the contract. Please note that depending on the required changes, some additional costs might occur.

How to modify your contract?

There are three simple ways to do so:

Option 1: Log on to My ALD India app or My ALD India platform and send us a message from the contact form indicating the modifications you need.

Option 2: Send us an email via lets.drivetogether@aldautomotive.com indicating the modifications you need.

Option 3: Check with the Relationship Manager who will get in touch with us directly.
