How do I request a repair / maintenance / service via My ALD?

The easiest way to book an appointment for your car is through the My ALD India app or the My ALD India platform.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Create your profile, if not done yet.

2. Log on to My ALD India with your credentials.

3. Go to the Services section of the menu.

4. Select the job needed on your car:

a. Maintenance: If this is an advised service as per the manufacturer recommendation.

b. Repair: If you have any issue in the car and some parts are requiring repair/replacement.

c. Damage: In case the vehicle meets with an accident.

5. A pre-filled form opens to you. You just need to put the city, date and time you require for the booking. You can then select the workshop you want. If several workshops appear, for a cashless experience, pick the workshop signaled with 3 stars.

6. Receive the booking confirmation, and just drop the car to the workshop on time.
