ALD Mobile : A smart mobility service!

ALD Mobile is a brand new application available on smart phones and tablets allowing drivers to access to ALD services network.

By using ALD mobile, drivers can easily find required services like repair shops, tyre shops, battery replacement outlets and get GPS guidance direction from their current location to the selected point of service.

This application is currently available to all ALD Automotive drivers in 30 countries and is now available in India for ALD customers.

ALD mobile is available in Windows Mobile Store, Google Play Store and Apple App Store. User’s have to access the application and perform the below controls to arrive at the details of the maintenance partner of ALD Automotive, India

• Enter Current Location: The user has the option to choose the location through the GPS Locator button or from the options which are displayed after typing in the location.

• Service selection: The user has the option of choosing between Maintenance and mechanical repairs, tires and battery for which he is seeking assistance.

• Search for service providers: Once all the details are keyed in, a list of suppliers (Max-20 Nos) with-in a radius of 50 Kms would be displayed on the map and a list format. The application permits calling the service provider directly from the map and also finding the adequate route to their facility. The filtration on basis of the vehicle brand is also available for the users.
