 Launch of Smart Care Phase II

Our constant endeavor has been to improve our customer experience while booking their service requirements. In order to do the same, we have introduced some new changes in the portal:-

  • Generation of OTP through mobile
  • Bookings can now be cancelled as well; earlier only the option to modify was there
  • Customers can view what extra work have been done for his car by the workshop; for e.g. a car has just gone for regular servicing but the workshop feels that a wheel balancing should be done as well so that gets reflected in the service history
